Sheena Hall is a seasoned Compliance Manager with over 20 years of experience in financial services, specialising in compliance management, paraplanning, AML/CFT, and adviser process development. Sheena currently leads the advice/file audit function at Compliance Refinery, where she conducts in-depth audits, develops policy frameworks, and mentors advisers and staff across all areas of financial services compliance.
She has her National Certificate in Financial Services including the Investment and Insurance strands of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, bringing technical expertise to her practical application of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
