Melanie Purdey is a seasoned financial services leader currently serving as Head of Governance at Compliance Refinery since June 2021, following roles as Head of Aligned Advice at AIA (2020-2021) and CEO of Newpark Financial Services (2019-2020). With concurrent experience as an Adviser Advocate through the Adviser Connect Cooperative since March 2020, she has established herself as a dedicated champion for financial advisers across New Zealand, focusing on governance, compliance, and professional development.
